Why property matters
Properties increase your maximum Awake and make each full Awake bar more productive at the gym. Training still consumes 25% of the bar per session, so every full bar provides four training sessions; stronger properties increase the gains produced during those sessions.
Buying strategy
Property is permanent progression until sold. Players normally balance the next Awake increase against weapons, armour, education, points and cash needed for other systems. The right purchase depends on how heavily you train and how quickly you can rebuild liquid money.
